Applications will open November 1 for the two 2015 summer research programs from the Instiute for Public Health.
The Public Health Data and Training Center will work with Allison King, MD, MPH, on a project to help improve care to patients with sickle cell disease.
The Harvey A. Friedman Center for Aging is pleased to welcome two visiting scholars with an interest in aging to Washington University.
Two new opportunities include support for research in the area of aging with an international perspective.
Victoria Quinn, PhD, Senior Vice President of Programs at Helen Keller International will be speaking on October 31, 2014 as part of the Women Leaders in Public Health Career Lecture Series.
Washington University research will be well represented at the Gerontological Society of America conference coming up November 5 to 9 in Washington, DC., and the Friedman Center is hosting a Global Aging Research Network breakfast during the meeting.
