The Institute for Public Health is pleased to announce that we are moving ahead with plans to launch the Public Health Data & Training Center by hiring a manager at the center.

The Institute for Public Health is seeking applications for the Manager of Data and Operations for the Public Health Data & Training Center. The Institute is a university-wide initiative designed to transform our approach to public health and partnership with the community.

This position works in partnership with the faculty director to provide leadership and management of all aspects of the data center. This includes developing and implementing the center’s strategic plan, budget, and programs. This position involves overseeing the design and implementation of network infrastructure; establishing procedures to import, safeguard and access data; establishing systems for evaluation and monitoring of the center; coordinating efforts with other Institute for Public Health initiatives; and maintaining relationships with university and community partners.
