Crash Course Data Workshops

crash-courseThe Public Health Data & Training Center offers this series of hands-on, 90-minute workshops covering everything from how to open and use the software, data import/export and management, programming syntax, graphs, and basic statistics. The workshops will also cover tips and tricks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Beginners and intermediate users–and WUSTL faculty, staff, and students from all disciplines–are welcome.

Working in Stata

Washington University in St. Louis departments or off-campus groups interested in a workshop on data management tailored to specific needs are welcome to contact the Public Health Data and Training Center’s manager, Ben Cooper, at ben.cooper@wustl.edu.

Topics can include database planning, data entry, creating graphics, using syntax, merging datasets, and more.
