Vijay Chauhan is a startup CEO of multiple companies in the Life Sciences space including: renewable energy, cancer diagnostics and consumer healthcare. He is leading BioSTL’s initiative to attract Israeli companies to St. Louis that are a fit with St. Louis corporations and investors. Vijay served as Senior Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at the BioGenerator, the St. Louis region’s premier venture development organization for Life Science startups. As EIR at BioGenerator, Vijay worked with over 22 startups, raising capital and developing investable business plans for six companies.

Carter Dredge is Chief Transformation Officer for SSM Health—a large, Catholic not-for-profit health system headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, that employs 40,000 people and serves communities across four states. Carter provides executive strategic leadership for SSM Health’s continued transformation from a traditional, fee-for-service system to one focused on creating value and managing the health of populations. He leads the areas of transformational strategy, innovation, advanced analytics, population health, and value-based care across the organization.
