To raise awareness during Human Trafficking Awareness Month, Healing Action and The Covering House are collaborating with the Human Trafficking Collaborative Network to host the First Annual Celebration of Hope at the Goldfarb School of Nursing. The event will highlight the work being done in the St. Louis region by community organizations, and will be a time to celebrate the lives of victims and survivors of human trafficking.
Speakers include Katie Rhoads, Healing Action; Rep. Lacy Clay, US Congress; and Lindsey Ellis, the Covering House.
Washington University School of Medicine is sponsoring parking validation at the Clayton/Taylor Garage, which is a one-block walk from the venue.
