The Center for Health Economics and Policy holds meetings of the Collaborative of Health Economics and Policy Analysis Researchers, or CHEPAR, every 6-8 weeks. The purpose of the group is to facilitate research in the areas of health economics and policy by Washington University investigators.

Dr. Dy is an orthopedic hand surgeon and a clinician-scholar with an interest to health services research and health policy. His goal is to use health services research methods with administrative data to identify and ultimately address sociodemographic disparities in access and utilization of specialty services such as orthopedic surgery.
