The Your Next Move program encourages participants to re-imagine life in retirement to achieve maximum well-being.
This event is part two of a two-part series and will pick up where part one left off and provide action items and assessment tools to continue planning for the new retirement. Assessment Tools and Action Items to Prepare for the New Retirement will center on the critical components — purpose, leisure, social, health and wellness and financial — of retirement. Learn about part one of the series.
Chris Frey, MSW, ACSW, LCSW, a counselor and an educator with 35 years of experience, will lead participants in an engaging conversation on planning for your next move and envisioning your future
This event geared toward WashU employees, employers and professionals serving older workers as well as those already in retirement. Sessions will take place virtually through the Brown School of Social Work’s Open Classroom series.
