Project Manager, Life Outside of Violence (LOV)

Kateri is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years’ experience working with underrepresented children and families. She received a Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Kateri joined Washington University’s Institute for Public Health in May 2018 to fill the role of project manager for the then newly launched St. Louis Area Hospital-Based Violence Intervention Program, better known as Life Outside of Violence (LOV). She is responsible for successful implementation of the project, including training and supervision of case managers providing direct practice, coordination of multiple committees of key stakeholders, and delivery of data-driven research and funding outcomes to address the public health issue of violence in the St. Louis region.
