Katie is the administrative coordinator for the Global Health Center where she coordinates the Institute for Public Health Summer Research Program – Public & Global Health Track and RADIANCE (heard and blood disorder) Track. She synergizes research-related activities and provides administrative support for the center’s many programs. Katie earned an undergraduate degree in mass communications & journalism and a master’s in health care administration.
Born and raised in the Kansas City area, Katie is a BBQ enthusiast and a proud member of Chiefs Kingdom! And after moving to St. Louis in high school, she is now a huge fan of STL sports – go Cards & Blues!
Katie lives in Defiance, MO with her husband, Ben, and their two wild and crazy sons, Jack and Connor.
