Dr. Antes is an organizational psychologist with a focus on the ethical conduct of research. She has a specific interest in the role of leadership, management practices, and workplace behavior in conducting high-quality, responsible research, and she is interested in the societal impact of research. Dr. Antes is the assistant director of the Center for Clinical and Research Ethics where she co-directs a responsible conduct of research course for scholars in the Washington University community. She also teaches courses on ethics and professionalism in research and biostatistics.

Dr. Antes has conducted research on best practices in ethics education and the assessment of ethics courses. She is a co-investigator in the Professional and Social Issues Lab which focuses on research examining factors that foster and hinder research integrity and practical interventions aimed at enhancing professionalism and ethical decision-making in research.
