Dr. Prater is a primary care physician trained in internal medicine and pediatrics with a focus on immigrant and refugee populations. He also serves as a tuberculosis physician for the City of St. Louis Department of Health. His interests include community-engaged research, quality of refugee and immigrant healthcare delivery, maternal and child health, and innovative roles of community health workers.
