During her Infectious Diseases fellowship, Dr. Goswami lived in Malawi for a year, working as a research physician in charge of two malaria clinical trials, giving her an in-depth understanding of how to conduct studies in resource-limited setting.
Her research interests include looking at the immediate and long-term effects of malnutrition and infections on childhood immunity in resource-limited settings.
