Dr. Iannotti’s research focuses on identifying interventions to promote healthy growth and development among young children living in resource-poor countries. This includes studying nutrient deficiencies related to poverty and infectious diseases, including vitamins A, B12, choline, and n-3 fatty acids.

Her current research sites are Haiti, Ecuador, and Kenya, and involve teams of experts in nutrition, epidemiology, anthropology, and environmental health.
