Rachel G. Tabak, PhD

Research Assistant Professor, Brown School

Dr. Tabak works broadly in prevention strategies for improving public health. Her main focus areas is environment and policy influences and interventions for promotion of healthy eating and activity behaviors in a number of settings including schools, childcare facilities and worksites. This includes research regarding effective implementation of federal child nutrition programs (Nationals School Lunch Program and Child and Adult Care Food Program) to promote healthy eating in children and youth. She is also interested in dissemination and implementation research.
