Dr. Reis’ work focuses on understanding the connections between urban systems, built environment, community planning, and public health, with a strong focus on physical activity, quality of life, and obesity. He is interested in advancing practices to improve urban settings through the use of evidence. He us also the Associate Dean for Public Health at the Brown School.
