Stephanie Mazzucca-Ragan’s career has involved optimizing organizational and home settings to prevent chronic diseases (e.g., cancer, obesity, diabetes), especially among young children aged birth to five years. She has developed evidence-based interventions that promote healthy nutrition and physical activity and most recently broadened her focus to add dissemination and implementation science methods and interventions. Mazzucca-Ragan also serves as a consultant for Washington University’s Dissemination and Implementation Research Core providing methodological expertise (e.g., study designs, outcome measures) to a diverse set of investigators.
