Dr. Taff is interested in developing an interdisciplinary research approach to investigate how public health perspectives can help individuals, communities, organizations, and populations improve everyday life. Specific areas of scholarship include social determinants of health, graduate student flourishing, inclusive public education, teaching & learning, and quality of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs in higher education. Dr. Taff also has interest in the philosophical and historical aspects and origins of public health.
