Know Your Level of Community Engagement
The Center for Community Health Partnership & Research’s lecture series, Know Your Level of Community Engagement, introduces attendees to the foundations of community engaged research and practice. Held several times each year, these events feature presentations by local experts, followed by the opportunity for Q&A on topics such as research objectives, developing partnerships, communicating with all levels of stakeholders, and finding partners for research projects.
Know Your Level is for:
- Researchers, faculty, community members and organizations curious about community-engaged research
- Researchers seeking to respectfully engage with a community
- Members of a community involved in a research project wanting to understand your rights
- Those who want to strengthen your established community-academic partnership
