Dr. Rosman is a dermatologist and dermatopathologist as well as the dermatology residency program director. Her primary interests are medical education and the resident recruitment and selection process. She is developing a diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism curriculum within the dermatology residency program, and co-leads a national effort of dermatology residency program directors to reform the resident application and selection process to ensure a sustainable and equitable process.
