Sarah Farabi is interestedin improving health care delivery and quality across the lifespan by developing, testing, and implementing interventions that include the voices of key stakeholders in the communities of highest need. She seeks to understand how addressing social needs in vulnerable populations can help to promote cardiometabolic health and help to prevent diseases such as diabetes. She also works to promote nurse-led, community-based interventions for vulnerable populations.
