Thanksgiving food safety tips from the CDC


The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) offers up some key tips for Thanksgiving food safety on how to safely thaw, handle, stuff, and cook a turkey.

Clostridium perfringens is the second most common bacterial cause of food poisoning, and meat and poultry account for 92% of outbreaks with an identified single food source.
