Know Your Level of Community Engagement
Know Your Level of Community Engagement is a lecture series which introduces research teams and community partners to the foundations of community-engaged research and practice. Each session addresses specific topics and strategies, such as matching community engagement to research objectives, developing partnerships, and working with the Institutional Review Board.
Pitch Partners
At Pitch Partners, community members, organizations and faculty have the opportunity to pitch health-related project ideas in order to identify potential partners and receive critical feedback. In addition to facilitating better communication between academia and the community regarding best practices, those in attendance learn about current WashU community initiatives and research.
