The HIV, Infectious Diseases, and Global Health Implementation Research Institute (HIGH-IRI) is a new training program focused on the intersection between dissemination & implementation science and infectious diseases. The Institute delivers world-class training and mentorship and fosters professional connections among a group of like-minded, leading-edge researchers.
Our communities continue to experience undue sickness because of preventable and treatable infectious diseases. The Infectious Disease – Dissemination & Implementation Science (IDDI) Initiative is designed to cultivate implementation science research in infectious disease to meaningfully improve evidence-based prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in the St. Louis Region and beyond.
Dissemination & Implementation Research:
Intro Workshop for Investigators
Offered each year, this “short course” workshop is designed for those who are interested in D&I research and how it could apply to their own research. The workshop presents the basics of D&I research, showing participants how these concepts can support their current and future research goals.
Bootcamp is designed to stimulate the development of innovative grant proposals in dissemination and implementation (D&I) science and to prepare researchers to compete successfully for grant funding.
Bootcamp occurs annually in the spring. Sign up for our e-newsletter to receive updates on the next Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) Proposal Development Bootcamp.
